General
DTSY/DSSY Series Three-Phase Electronic Prepaid Energy Meter (referred to as the meter), compliant with GB/T17215 and GB/T18460 standards, utilizes advanced single-chip processing systems for data collection, processing, and storage. Designed for measuring three-phase active energy with a rated frequency of 50Hz.
Key Features:
l Computer-managed, enabling prepaid electricity consumption.
l Can limit maximum power usage within the rated current range (determined by the supply section).
l One meter paired with one card, each card dedicated to its meter; even if the card is lost, electricity consumption data remains intact, and replacement cards can be used.
l Bidirectional data transmission capability between the meter and the card, automatically warning users to recharge before power cutoff.
l Automatically disconnects power when energy consumption reaches zero.
l Incorporates anti-tampering software design to prevent electricity theft.

Start-up Conditions
|
Under the conditions of reference voltage, reference frequency, and COS φ = 1.0, with a load current of 0.004Ib (Class 1), 0.005Ib (Class 2), the meter should be able to continuously measure electricity.
|
Creep Conditions
|
With the voltage loop at rated voltage of 115%, and no current in the current loop, the test output of the meter should not produce more than one pulse.
|
Voltage Range
|
Normal operating voltage is 0.9Un-1.1Un, with a limit of 0.8Un-1.15Un.
|
Power Consumption
|
Voltage circuit power consumption ≤ 2W and 10VA, current circuit power consumption ≤ 4.0VA.
